Chilla began her real estate career in 1983.  Fortunate to receive some training, she listed 23

 properties in the first 5 months of her career.  She went on to become a Top Producer in the industry.  

After several requests by companies to share her experience, her training career began.

 

She was quickly approached by a national corporation to liquidate foreclosures.

Within 12 months she had successfully sold 200 properties.

Chilla recognized the need for an effective and professional training program. 

 To fill that void she developed the Mini/Max System, 

a program that requires Minimum Time for Maximum Results.
